Start training on your own bike during the colder months using an indoor trainer! The class begins with a 45 minute cycling cardio session while improving your cycling skills, to follow a 30 minute strenght training workout.
This is a great class to get you moving and keep you motivated before and during those holiday months. All we need is you and your bike, if you do not have a trainer, one will be provided in the deluxe package.
This class will start 10/29/15 Thursdays at 6:00 pm and end at 7:15 pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your bike and trainer, as well as take care of any bike needs or questions you may have.
